The hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff, but had issues with heating, shower, and TV functionality. The family room was spacious with a large bathroom. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and catered well to all my needs. While there was a small air-conditioning issue on the first night, it was quickly resolved, and the following night was perfect. The room décor in beige and cream was lovely, with a decent view of the park and a modern, super clean bathroom.
